If you are looking for a boarding school for English education, there is an international school in Hokkaido, called the Hokkaido International school.
2 :
Most international schools are boarding schools. There are some mission schools that are boarding schools also. One the comes to mind is Saniku High School in Chiba. It is run by a Christian denomination called the Seventh-Day Adventists. They also have several native English speakers in their English department.

Doshisha International Highschool in Kyoto is not a complete boarding school but has a dorm. They also have many Japanese American / Native English speakers attending. http://www.intnl.doshisha.ac.jp/indexE.html Also ICU (International Christian University) High School In Tokyo has a dorm. http://www.icu-h.ed.jp/ (Couldn't find a English page but you can always contact them) And Gyosei International Highschool is a boarding school in Chiba that has a "International Course". http://www.gis.ac.jp/ (Couldn't find a English page for this one either...)

of course if ur goin2 a boring school or something

Well, the only way is the exchange program, where the japanese students and students from other countries exchange abroad. For now, i don't think you should be worrying about plane tickets and the cost, because you need to know if you can get into the exchange program first of all. But if you really wanna know plane tickets could vary, depending on when you go. Summers could cost you probably around $1000.

Are there any great art schools in Japan with English programs

Are there any great art schools in Japan with English programs?
I am a freshmen in a community college. Currently studying both Graphic design and Japanese. I love both fields but it's rare to find an art school that offer study abroad opportunities in Japan or even offer its language. So... Are there any great art schools in Japan with English programs? (I've been studying Japanese for five years now but I am not that good yet and I really want to learn the language. I know that if you REALLY want to learn it, you must live there for AT LEAST a year or two.)

Normally, you enroll in a Japanese language school and cram for six months to a year so you learn enough Japanese to survive school. If you want to go to art school in Japan, that's pretty much what you'll have to do.
2 :
What about this school? I don't think they have English classes. But they accept students from other countries. http://www.tda.ac.jp/world/eng/index.html

Recently the most popular sport is Soft ball/Base ball, among boys in Japan. They call it yakkyu. Second most popular sport would be basketball. they call it basukettobooru. Went for a school exchange recently so that's what they said.
2 :
In Japan, most of college students have part-time job after school in week days. Not so many people go to clubs in weekdays, maybe 1 of 10 people belong to sports club or sub-study classes to get qualification in weekdays. But most of college students belong to some clubs which will hold in holiday. Most popular club is Tennis or Snow board. That clubs have many members and students can make many friends there. Some times they can't get ground space because of such a popularity,so they often become all-around club or drinking club.

It's really not that different than what typical Western college guys do after classes: spend time with girlfriend, go home and study, drink beer with friends, go to a part-time job, play baseball, go to McDonald's, play Play Station, pick on younger brother, listen to music, be in a band, study English, pat the cat, ...

Boys in college? I think you mean men in college. Anyway, they do the same things we do. The only difference is that there isn't many open grass fields avilable in places like tokyo.
