Is it possible to move to Japan from Europe and enter a japanese high school? Do I have to do entry exams in japanese? Are there any boarding schools only/specialize for foreigners? Or some schools with experiences with foreigners?

This is usually very hard and not recommended since it's quite difficult to get a long-term visa without graduating high school. Plus, if you don't speak Japanese it will be very difficult for you to understand the classes. I'd recommend you to fight through high school and then apply for a language school in Japan.
