Why not try searching on the internet, especially if you've already got some schools (in Japan) in mind?
2 :
a japanese school or International..be more specfic

Specifics would be nice. I happen to go to the American School here, but that's just for high school and down. If you're talking college, then there are plenty of international branches of universities here, such as Sophia and Temple, specifically in Tokyo. Not sure I can help you more without knowing what you're looking for.

High School in Japan

High School in Japan?
Does anyone know a good(and fairly cheap) high school in Japan?(must have boarding...) I'm in 8th grade and I can't go next year so I was thinking of my sophomore year. I don't know much Japanese at all but I'm a quick learner and I used to be bilingual(I have a pretty bad memory...*sigh*) I don't care if it's coed or all girls, I just really want to go to Japan. A homestay program would be nice...It really has to be pretty cheap though because my sister is already in college so my parents are paying for that and my brother will be going to college soon too. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! *puts out a plate of cookies and assorted candy*

First of all, American High School in Japan sounds like an International school. International schools are for those with money to spend. Failing that, if you want a genuine Japanese Highschool experience, be prepared to kiss your right brain thinking style away and knuckle down for the competitive slog that may lead you toward insanity or suicide. It's not cheap and its not easy. The only Boarding schools are those that wealthy companies set up to train young people to think how they want them to, so they can then recruit them into their company. The goal is already set in place. If you are accustomed to hard work and have the staying power to endure all kinds of mental and emotional challenge, then you might last the distance, (I say that because as westerners we come from a very different social background where the values are different) but it would be vey difficult for you with out the moral support of your family close by. Japanese Language is a must if you want to be in control of your situation. I think you are still quite young so a homestay would be a better option if one is available to you. Work through your school and experience Japan through an exchange if you can. That way, you are the visitor and will be taken care of.

I'm glad you asked this question! I would recommend the Rotary exchange program. It's a very legitimate and recognized international exchange program that has existed for many, many years and is very organized. You have to find your local Rotary Club (very easy, dont worry) and then be interviewed, and if they think you're a good candidate, you get to go. You stay with a host family and they provide you with food. Your club gives you an allowance of about $90 a month for private expenses and pays all of your school expenses, usually including uniform, and ALWAYS your tuition. I'm sorry to say that it's only a year long thing, though, and then you have to go home. You will be responsible for paying for your plane ticket and insurance, as well as for any clothes that you might want over there or things like that. I'm in Japan right now through this program and I go to St. Ursula Gakuin, which used to be a girls school, but is now coed. It's great, and they have an amazing JSL program. I love it here. Let me know if you have any more questions!

I'm not very sure myself, but you should try researching for the answers. It's what I always do. Google never fails... most of the time anyways. good luck.

Once you're 18, you are legal to drive. And you can work when you finish compulsory education which is up to junior high, by which time you'll be 15 or 16. I'm not sure about the school timetables, but when I attended Kyoto Gakuen High School for a week or so, the schoolday started and ended at the same time for all year levels. They begin around 8:30~8:50am to 3~4pm. Most people do extra-curricular activities, so their school day really ends around 5~6pm.

obachan no uchi. furii desu.

600,000 yen for one year sounds pretty inexpensive--especially if the class sizes are small or they meet often. Prices will vary depending on how often you meet and how small the classes are. You aren't going to find a good school that is cheap.

それは安いよ! My university is 150000 a year!
4 :
it is a possibule, you will enter national universities. entrance fee are about 300000 yen school expenses are about 500000 ~ 600000 yen / year

You know, I'm quite sure my summer program charged about half of that, and I was only there for a month. If that really is the price for one year, then I think you have found the most inexpensive language school in Japan. If you want something cheaper, you might have to take a shorter class (e.g. one that's only a semester long).

It is called the culinary school of robots and pokemon
