What language are you interested in? There are over 200 colleges and universities, public and private plus well over 100 specialties schools including language in the city of Tokyo. The best one and is the most hard to get in is " Tokyo Gaikokugo University", public 4 year institution that has 26 different foreign language courses. The web site is www.tufs.jp Though, other regular universities also has language major as well. Other you may check it for "Kanda Gaigo University" , private but don't have the web site on hand. Have a fun searching.
